1. Overview

At Torque Hut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased through our website, which exceeds the UK statutory requirement of 14 days.

2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Statutory Rights)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel.

At Torque Hut, we extend this peace of mind by allowing you to initiate a return for up to 30 days after delivery.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Any seals on the product must remain intact (unless the item is faulty).

  • Proof of purchase (your order number) must be provided.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Please contact us at support@torquehut.co.uk immediately with photos of the damage to arrange a prepaid return label or a replacement.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us: Email support@torquehut.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the the appropriate UK return address.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely. Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

  • Standard Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Delivery Costs: If you return your entire order within the initial 30-day cooling-off period, we will refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.
